Start preparing now: steps that must be followed before your SSELP-Remote evaluation

As a candidate for this evaluation, You MUST successfully complete the following steps to ensure your equipment and evaluation location meet the requirements, have been properly tested and that you are prepared for the evaluation before the Booking Cancellation Deadline for your evaluation.

Failure to complete this process and register that you have successfully completed it by this time may result in the evaluation not being performed or being terminated before it is completed, with no results or refund being given.

IF YOU NEED TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE: Please contact CCNB Evaluations during regular business hours before your Booking Cancellation Deadline. Please allow up to one full business day for a response.

If SSELP-Remote Support Staff cannot resolve your technical issues, your evaluation may be cancelled and you will receive a refund. However, you must contact us before your Booking Cancellation Deadline. Our language evaluators are highly trained specialists in their fields, but they are not equipped to resolve nor responsible for resolving the candidate’s technical issues at the time of the evaluation. The time for resolving any problems is before the Booking Cancellation Deadline.
